We have come a long way towards the creation of a technological and affordable LED luminaire with a spectrum of visible radiation approximating to sunlight. Initially, several solutions were considered that had become traditional in light technology, ranging from the placement of red, blue and green light-emitting diodes on the board to the use of so-called RGB diodes.

Unfortunately, none of them produced inexpensive and safe light with the right radiant spectrum, forcing a compromise between the two. Having finally determined that it was not possible to achieve the desired result in the traditional way, it was decided to seek a different approach to the problem.

A unique polymer coating was created. This coating converts the short-wave light that passes through it into visible light, with the missing regular light-emitting diodes, part of the spectrum.

For efficient cooling of lamps, prevention of degradation of light-emitting diodes and burnout of luminous coating, Teslar engineers have developed a unique thermal treatment.
