1. Associations and persons wishing to join the Research and Industrial Association "Teslar" must submit the following documents to the Council of Teslar SIA:
1.1. Personal statement or minutes of the meeting of the association that made a decision to join the TESLAR SIA, which must reflect the agreement with the program documents and the Charter of the TESLAR SIA.
1.2. Detailed information about yourself or your association with a mandatory description of work experience in the area of interest of TESLAR.
1.3. For registered associations - a copy of the registration certificate.
1.4. Desirable - recommendations from TESLAR SIA members working in the same or close regions or on the same or similar topics.
2. Applications and information about individuals and organizations wishing to join the International Scientific and Production Association "Teslar" are sent to all members of the TESLAR SIA by e-mail info@teslar.site to discuss and send their views to the TESLAR Council.
3. An association or a person who has submitted the above documents shall be admitted to the TESLAR SIA, if within a month from the date of dispatch none of the members of the TESLAR SIA Council makes a written substantiated protest against the admission of this association or person to the TESLAR SIA.
4. The Council of the TESLAR SIA within a month informs the applicant about the results of the consideration of the application in writing.
5. The decision "Deny" does not deprive the applicant of the right to submit a new application for membership in the TESLAR SIA or to appeal the decision of the TESLAR SIA Council at the TESLAR SIA Conference.
6. If an applicant wishing to become an individual or collective member of the TESLAR SIA is already a member of the TESLAR collective member organization and provides recommendations from the governing body of this organization, then his admission is made in the order of registration, that is, without a vote of the TESLAR SIA Council.
