An open letter to a citizen

From year to year, you regularly pay taxes and the government distributes them for the implementation of the social contract. Despite the fact that all items of the country's state budget are, of course, very important, the conclusion on the draft state budget for 2018–2020, prepared by experts from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, states: "The total share of unproductive government spending over the next three years will exceed 70%." Also, in turn, the RBC edition concludes: "The share of government spending that is useless for the economy reaches 70%."
You can directly influence what environmental and social problems will be solved in your environment, city, country, and whether they will. You are observing social difficulties and want to solve them with an economic hand. Can you do this!
High environmental awareness presupposes an awareness of one's responsibility to all living beings, the planet and society.
