Quantum transition

to a RESOURCE-BASED ECONOMY
NATURE AND SOCIETY

New relationship with nature

The preservation of our civilization, its future is associated with the evolution of the biosphere into the noosphere. That is, with the introduction of the achievements of convergent sciences, quantum and nature-like technologies, as well as the achievements of the social sciences and the humanities, such as sociocyber engineering and resource-based economics, which have been undeservedly ignored for a long time.

The task of overcoming the systemic crisis of civilization, and, in fact, the survival of mankind, becomes the task of forming a new noosphere, in which the technosphere should become an organic part of the environment, and not be in contradiction with it, as is happening now. To do this, it is necessary to move to a new paradigm for the development of science based on convergent nano-, bio-, info-, cognitive and socio-humanitarian sciences and technologies. Their main distinguishing feature is their proximity to natural, natural processes in their unity and interconnection.*

Since the end of the nineteenth century, Academician Vernadsky, in his numerous works, has been tracing and quantifying the ever-increasing impact of human activity on the environment, warning of the inevitability of the associated local, regional and global environmental problems, and called for minimizing its harmful effects on natural objects. Vladimir Vernadsky, Ivan Efremov, Jacques Fresco and other great scientists were convinced that scientific thought and collective work of united humanity in the future will undoubtedly lead to the solution of the most important environmental problems and harmony in human society, as a result of which the biosphere will turn into a human sphere mind - the noosphere.

Nothing will allow us to conclude that there is reason on planet Earth more reasonably than the ability of effective self-organization, the readiness to use these positive opportunities in the interests of all mankind, and not exclusively in the interests of a narrow group of people, the ability of humanity, or its most active and responsible for the fate of the planet and part of the population, to agree on an action program - a project of its development, vision of the future and from these positions to assess technological challenges. To reveal the degree of their influence on the implementation of the development project, the readiness of mankind to use new technologies, the expediency of the resources used to achieve positive results and neutralize negative ones.
* - The 2013 International Symposium "Convergence as a global trend in the development of science and technology" was opened by the director of the National Research Centre "Kurchatov Institute" M.V. Kovalchuk with the report "Convergence of Sciences and Technologies: from the inanimate to the living". More than 700 scientists and specialists from 40 countries of Europe, Asia, North and South America, Australia and Africa took part in the discussion of global issues of our time.

The program aims to benefit
the whole human family,
the planet and all its inhabitants.

It includes a whole complex of the most modern convergent sciences (NBICS) and nature-like technologies related to the core of the following technological order.

These technologies are designed to help a person, once and for all, solve a number of the most serious global challenges of our time, such as waste, pollution, poverty, hunger, wars, low living standards, lack of drinking water, etc. Ultimately, to build a technosphere that will organically fit into the biosphere of the planet and exist in harmony with nature.

The implementation of the program will create a technological platform and resource base for the fastest and most painless (for the planet and all its inhabitants) transition to a resource-based economy. And the subsequent implementation of the achievements of convergent sciences and technologies. Creation of an environmentally friendly, more humane, and technically much better civilization.
1
Step 1 (1 year)
The first stage of the program
contains the technological core of the upcoming 6th technological order: convergent technologies, representing a new synthesis of knowledge and is an act of self-organization of carriers of reason in order to respond to technological challenges and the use of positive opportunities provided by technologies for the benefit of all mankind.

At the first stage, the task is to radically increase the production volumes of already manufactured nanomaterials and popular nanotechnology products. The launch of an industrial plant for the processing of resources using the "Green" graphene technology will mean:

1. The natural cycle of effectively renewable raw materials, instead of customary landfills and burials, will eliminate the very notion of waste or debris as it does not exist in nature. There will be no such categories of meaning in the language of the future because all resources can be transformed at any time. Not only on the planet, but also outside the galaxy, we can synthesize and transform elements and create materials with pre-programmable properties.

2. Mass introduction of graphene technologies. New classes of materials, products and products with pre-programmed qualities, containing nanomaterials and with unique properties will be available to humans to improve the quality of life, solve the problem of cleaning and restoring the environment. New construction technologies with previously unattainable levels of environmental friendliness and safety will become available.
2
Step 2 (3-5 years)
The basic area of knowledge for the formation of socio-humanitarian technologies of the seventh order can be the doctrine of the Noosphere of Vernadsky and Sociocyberengineering or the Venus Project of Jacque Fresco. They are called upon to play an important role in comprehending the new world created by science and technology and in the value orientation in it.

The task of the second stage is the construction of autonomous self-replicating innovative cities on water based on the technological and resource base created as a result of the successful implementation of the first stage.

Implementation of the latest advances in convergent sciences, including quantum and ether technologies, sociocyber engineering and resource-based economics.
The construction of a city with such a level of scientific and technical development will inevitably mark the onset of the 7th technical and economic structure.

The basic technologies of the new seventh order should be socio-humanitarian technologies, and first of all, resource-oriented economics and technologies of communication and construction of social reality, technologies for the formation of new forms of life.

It should be borne in mind that the most important aspect of socio-humanitarian technologies of the seventh order should be associated with the need to clean up and restore the environment and protect humanity from potential threats of uncontrolled use of technologies of the 4th, 5th and 6th orders. Such threats are clearly underestimated today.
